What is Discount?
A discount is a reduction in price expressed as a percentage of the original. This calculator tells you the final amount you pay and the rupee value of the discount — useful for sales, sale-on-sale stacking checks and quick coupon evaluation.

Discount amount = Original × (Discount % / 100) Final price = Original − Discount amount

Enter the original price (the MRP or list price) and the discount percentage advertised. The calculator shows the final price you pay and how much you save. For Indian MRPs that include GST, the final price here is also GST-inclusive.
